Problem solving is a very important part of learning atomic physics as well as acquiring the necessary skill to apply your knowledge to real situations. The problems are also representative of the written examination!

Note that it is highly recomended to do the problems in the given order, since some problems prepare you for the following ones.
The problems marked as hand-in are problems that you may solve and hand in to obtain credits on the first two examination opportunities.
